STEP

The US production farm shall meet what is set forth in the FDA Eggs Safety Rule and be registered in the National Poultry Improvement Plan - APHIS, or take serum tests from 59 birds from its farm, get the negative results proving it before APHIS, and then, send the eggs to a processing plant authorized by USDA.

Once the eggs are in an authorized plant for cleaning, processing and/or packaging, the export health certificate of origin will be issued to send the goods to Mexico.

Contracting a Freight Forwarder and/or a Customs Broker to take charge of the paperwork and logistics in the US.

STEP

Contracting two carriers, one in the US, which takes the goods from the plant to the border and delivers the refrigerated container with the goods to a Mexican carrier; then, the Mexican carriers mounts the container onto its truck, crosses the border and submits the goods for customs clearance before the Mexican authority.

STEP

Contracting a Customs Broker who takes care of customs clearance or importation paperwork for goods before the Mexican authority and complies with the necessary requirements for importation.

STEP

06

The Mexican carrier delivers goods in Mexican destination as agreed to by the seller and buyer.
