The objective of this guide is to help and inform US exporters on the procedures for ground exportation of poultry products to Mexico, as well as all those involved in the egg and egg products importation logistics, providing the necessary tools for the process to be agile and seamless. Additionally, it highlights the importance of keeping food safety of shipments in strict compliance with the regulations in order to reduce errors and irregularities –which may cause cancellations, total or partial rejections, requests, retention, shrinkage, bad reputation, and thus, cost increases and delays.
