STEP

01

The US processing plant shall be registered in the National Poultry Improvement Program, or take a serological samples from 59 birds from its farm, prove that such samples were taken and submit them before FSIS, once this is done, to send the birds to an authorized plant.

To go to a plant authorized by FSIS and SENASICA for bird slaughter, processed and/or boned out in order to obtain an origin animal health certificate to send products to Mexico.

To contact a Freight Forwarder and a Customs Broker that takes care of the paperwork and logistics in the USA.

STEP

To hire two shipping companies, one in the US to bring goods to the border, and to deliver the refrigerated container with the goods to the Mexican company; then the Mexican shipping company receives the container, crosses the border and presents
the goods before the Mexican authorities for the customs clearance.

STEP

05

To contract a customs broker who takes care of the customs clearance or importation formalities before the Mexican authorities and complies with the necessary requirements for importation.

STEP

06

The Mexican shipping company delivers the goods at the place agreed by the supplier and buyer.
